Preheat oven at 300°F. With an electric mixer cream butter until soft. Add 50 grams of sugar. Continue beating until light and fluffy. Stir in the flour, walnuts and Alcirelli Anise Extract.
Drop teaspoonfuls over greased baking sheets, 1-2 inches apart and flatten slightly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. Let cool.
