Alcirelli Vanilla1 tsp.
Alcirelli Lime Extract¼ tsp.
Baking powder½ tsp.
Egg1
Flour2 ½ cups
Raspberry jam1/3  cup
Salt    ¼ tsp.
Softened margarine   1 cup
Sugar½ cup

Mix together the butter and the sugar; then add in egg, Alcirelli Vanilla and Alcirelli Lime Extract. Stir the flour, the baking powder and the salt. Mix with prior ingredients. Divide the dough into portions. Make sticks of medium size (6 inches) with each portion. Make a hole along the middle of the stick and fill it with the jam. Bake in (on a cookie sheet) at 350° F (180°C) oven until they are crunchy (15 minutes aprox.).
