Alcirelli Anise Extract2 tsp
Softened butter or margarine1/4 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Eggs2
Grated lemon rind1 tsp
All purpose flour2 cups
Baking powder1 tsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir Alcirelli Anise Extract, add lemon grind. Stir flour, baking powder and mix well. Shape in balls. Place on greased cookie sheet pressing with a floured fork. Bake 8 minutes at 375°F.
