  • Vanilla extract
Alcirelli Vanilla Extract1 tsp
Softened butter or margarine1 cup
Sugar1/2 cup
Egg1
All purpose flour2 1/2 cups
Baking powder1/2 tsp
Salt1/4 tsp
Raspberry jam, seedless1/2 cup
Cream butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat in egg, add Alcirelli Vanilla Extract and Alcirelli Lime Extract. Stir flour, baking powder and salt together. Add and mix. Divide dough into 8 portions, make each into a rope about 10 inches long and 3/4 in. wide. Place on ungreased baking sheet. With the side of your hands press to indent along center, lengthwise of each strip. Spread raspberry jam in indentations. Bake at 350°F for 15 - 17 minutes. Cut while warm into diagonal slices.
