Peanut Butter Cookies

  • Vanilla extract
Alcirelli Vanilla Extract1 tsp
Ripe bananas2
Peanut butter (no sugar)1/3 cup
Coconut oil (melted)1/3 cup
Coconut sugar (or 2 tbsp maple syrup grade A or B)1/2 cup
Oatmeal1 1/2 cup
Oat flour, whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour1/4 cup
Baking powder1 tsp
Baking soda1 tsp
Sea salt1/4 tsp
Dehydrated bananas, peanutes and pumpkin seeds as topping

Preheat oven at 350°F degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with wax paper. In a bowl mix all ingredients until everything is well mixed. Form cookies with your hands and place on baking sheet making sure each is 2 - 3 inches apart. Place in the over for 15 minutes. Take the baking sheet from the oven and add the toppings to each cookie.
