Peanut Butter Cups

  • Vanilla extract
Alcirelli Vanilla       1 tsp.
Grated paraffin          1/3 cup
Icing sugar2 cups
Semisweet chocolate chips2 cups
Soft peanut butter      1 ½ cups
Softened margarine¼ cup
Mix first 3 ingredients together and Alcirelli Vanilla. Shape into 1 inch (2.5 cm) balls. May be shaped into logs as well using same amount of dough. Melt chocolate chips and wax in small heavy saucepan over low heat. Dip balls, drain and place on waxed paper. Makes about 7 ½ dozen.
